Things are looking Ugly for Teddy Swims.

The Grammy-nominated singer has announced The Ugly Tour for 2026. It starts Sept. 22 in Kansas City, Missouri, and is set to wrap up in LA on Nov. 18. You can register now for presale access at Teddy’s website. Presales start April 21 and run through the week; tickets go on sale to the general public on April 24 at 10 a.m. local time.

Teddy recently started a new musical era with the single “Mr. Know It All,” which he performed for the first time at Coachella on April 10. He’ll play the festival again on Friday, but it’ll be tough for him to top the first show: His special guests included Vanessa Carlton, Joe Jonas and former Van Halen singer David Lee Roth. You can tune in to the Coachella Livestream at 5:20 p.m. PT to see what he has in store.

After Coachella, Teddy is also booked to play the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and BottleRock Napa in California in May and Bonnaroo in June, with headline shows in between. He’ll spend the summer on tour in Europe.

Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson and Chris Stapleton all took home major wins at Wednesday’s 37th annual Pollstar Awards in Hollywood.

Morgan picked up the first-ever fan favorite award for live performer of the year, while Lainey’s Whirlwind World Tour and Stapleton’s All-American Road Show tied for country tour of the year.

The Eagles — which includes Country Music Hall of Famer Vince Gill — won residency of the year for their show at Sphere Las Vegas.

Nashville’s The Pinnacle is the new concert venue of the year, while the Austin City Limits Music Festival was named music festival of the year. Teddy Swims is the new headliner of the year. 

The honors are handed out by Pollstar, the publication that covers the concert industry, and voted on solely by members of that industry.

The programming lineup for the 30th annual American Black Film Festival has been revealed, featuring screenings, panels and conversations with names including Regina King, Chlöe Bailey, Lynn Whitfield, Lucien Laviscount, Anna Diop and Coco Jones, as well as the cast of Power Book III: Raising Kanan.

Kicking off the festivities is a May 27 screening of Peacock’s Strung, which follows a talented violinist who “takes a prestigious job as a music tutor for the gifted daughter of an influential and enigmatic family,” according to a press release. Directed by Malcolm D. Lee, the feature film stars Chlöe, Lynn, Lucien and Coco, who will participate in a panel discussion the following day.

Fans of Raising Kanan also have an event on the slate: There will be an inside look at season 5 of the show, which premieres on Starz on June 12; it’s unclear who will attend the accompanying panel.

Regina will discuss her journey in film and television during a panel scheduled on May 28, while Taye Diggs will speak with fans the following day about “career longevity, financial planning, and building lasting success in the entertainment industry,” as well as personal health.

All American stars Michael Evans Behling, Greta Onieogou, Bre-Z and Kareem Grimes will then come together on May 30 to discuss the series’ biggest moments ahead of its final season.

ABFF will take place in Miami Beach May 27–31 under the theme Homecoming. The lineup also includes a free screening of Brown Sugar, as well as a comedy show headlined by Zainab Johnson and featuring Tisha Campbell.

Even though the final show of Alan Jackson’s touring career is sold out, there’s still more talent joining the all-star lineup. 

Thomas Rhett, Little Big Town and Jake Owen are the latest names added to the roster, which already includes Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Jon Pardi, Carrie Underwood and Lee Ann Womack.

Alan Jackson’s Last Call: One More for the Road – The Finale will take place Saturday, June 27, at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium.

A new documentary about Mumford & Sons is set to premiere at the 25th annual Tribeca Festival, with the band set to perform at the event.

Mumford & Sons are confirmed for an acoustic performance following the June 12 world premiere of the concert documentary Mumford & Sons: The House Band.

The film will feature appearances by Noah Kahan, Darius Rucker, Lainey Wilson, Maggie Rogers and more, with the description noting the doc invites cameras on “the train for one of the most purely pleasurable concert docs in years,” adding, “the journey captures the intimacy and camaraderie between all the performers both onstage and off.”

The Tribeca Festival runs from June 3 to June 14. More info can be found at TribecaFilm.com.

Mumford & Sons are getting ready to launch their North American Prizefighter tour on June 2 in Vancouver, with dates confirmed through Oct. 8 in Mountain View, California.

It appears as though Céline Dion will have a new song to perform when makes her return to the stage this fall.

Céline has been teasing on her Instagram Story a collaboration with Jean-Jacques Goldman, the legendary French singer, songwriter and producer who helped make Céline a star by writing and producing two French albums for her. One of them, 1995’s D’eux aka The French Album, is still the most successful French-language LP in history. Goldman also co-wrote songs on her hit albums Falling Into You and Let’s Talk About Love.

These teases haven’t contained any music, but they show various couples dancing in iconic spots in Paris. On Thursday, the title of the song was revealed: “Dansons,” which translates to “Let’s dance.” You can hear a snippet on Apple Music now. The song’s in French, but the lyrics available translate to, “Let’s dance, above the abysses/ On the edges of the peaks/ and leave the low points behind.”

According to Le Parisien, Céline will release another new song before the summer and will debut a third song during the first concert of her residency at Paris La Défense Arena on Sept. 12. The publication claims that all these songs are leading up to Céline’s first album since 2019’s Courage.

If you were hoping Charli XCX’s next album would be Brat 2.0, you might be out of luck.

The singer tells British Vogue in a new cover story that her next offering will be a rock album.

One of the new songs on the currently unfinished record puts it bluntly, according to the magazine, with the lyrics: “I think the dance floor is dead/ so now we’re making rock music.”

After the success of Brat, Charli says making another dance-leaning album “would have felt really hard, really sad.” Instead she’s taking on the rock genre, but doing it her way — bending “the possibilities of what my perspective on that could be.”

“For me, it’s fun to flip the form,” she says. “We know there’s gonna be people who are bothered by it, but that’s fine.”

Charli’s last album was Wuthering Heights, released in February, which served as the soundtrack for Emerald Fennell’s film of the same name.

Black Label Society’s new album, Engines of Demolition, concludes with a track titled “Ozzy’s Song,” dedicated to Zakk Wylde’s former boss, Ozzy Osbourne. The guitarist tells Revolver magazine about penning the tribute to the late Prince of Darkness.

“We laid Ozzy to rest, and then I flew back out and we played Jones Beach [Theater in Long Island, New York]. That was the first Pantera show after lay­ing Ozzy to rest,” Wylde recalls. “I was having Ozzy flashbacks because the last time [Ozzy and I] played there it was raining and it was packed. I remember the first 30 rows, every­body was knee-high, thigh-high, in water … I’ll never forget that.”

“When the Pantera celebration run ended, I came home and sat in our library here at the house and I was looking at one of Ozzy’s books that we have,” he continues. “I was just looking at him, and I listened to the tune, and I wrote the lyrics right there.”

According to Wylde, it was his girlfriend who named the track: “We’d keep listening to it in the truck. And every time, [she] would say, ‘Babe, put on Ozzy’s song again.’ She just kept referencing it as ‘Ozzy’s Song.'”

“So, I was like, ‘I’m just going to call it “Ozzy’s Song” because that’s what it is,’” he notes. “Obviously, we had to end the record like this — [it had to] be the last song.”

The song’s video includes footage and photos of Ozzy thought the years. “People like Ozzy, these iconic figures, become part of everybody’s life,” Wylde notes.

“Ozzy was such a huge part of so many people’s lives and touched them in a positive way,” he adds. “That’s what made Ozzy so special.”
