Modest Mouse is the latest act to launch a shop with the online gear marketplace Reverb.

The “Float On” rockers will be parting ways with a whole host of amps, monitors and instruments used both in the studio and live onstage, including two Fender Super Six Guitar Combo amps that can be heard on albums including 1996’s This Is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About and 1997’s The Lonesome Crowded West.

“We dragged these amps all around the world for the first 10 years of the band,” Modest Mouse says. “If these two Fender Super Sixes could speak, they would be advised to keep their mouths shut.”

The Modest Mouse Reverb shop will open September 21. For more info, visit Reverb.com.

Other artists who’ve sold their gear on Reverb include Green Day, Blink-182‘s Mark Hoppus and The Smashing PumpkinsBilly Corgan.

Modest Mouse, meanwhile, just announced a tour celebrating the 25h anniversary of The Lonesome Crowded West. The outing kicks off in November.
