The Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. is launching his own brand of wine seltzer.

Called Jetway, the 5% ABV beverage is sourced from the McNary Vineyard in Washington State and does not include cane sugar or artificial flavors, according to manufacturers.

“Half the enjoyment of Jetway is its aroma — it takes you on a journey and makes you want to keep going back for another smell and taste,” Hammond says. “The color is beautiful and the bubbles playful.”

He adds, “I want Jetway to be the bridge to your next adventure, whatever that might be — hanging at home with friends, a night out or an exotic trip.”

Jetway is set to launch in Southern California this month, and will be available both at The Strokes’ show in Los Angeles on October 27 and during their performance this weekend at San Fransisco’s Outside Lands festival.

In related news, The Strokes have announced a New Year’s Eve show at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 29, at 10 a.m. ET.

The Strokes also played Barclays on the last day of 2019. That show included the debut of the song “Ode to the Mets,” a track off the then-upcoming new Strokes album, The New Abnormal.
