The summer I followed community guidelines.

Prime Video has released a statement reminding fans of The Summer I Turned Pretty to not participate in bullying behavior on social media targeted toward members of the show’s cast.

The official Summer I Turned Pretty TikTok account has shared a video graphic with the message, “The summer we started acting normal online,” written in the style of the show’s title card.

Its accompanying caption reads, “The show isn’t real but the people playing the characters are.”

The warning message comes after producers for the show have seen “more opportunity for toxic behavior online, where most users feel they can hurl anonymous, overly harsh criticisms,” according to Variety.

This is not the first time Prime Video has issued a warning to fans about online behavior. The streaming service issued a statement asking fans of The Summer I Turned Pretty to keep online discourse respectful before the third and final season of the show debuted in July.

“PSA for the Summer community,” the show’s official social accounts shared at the time. “Cousins is our safe place. Everything good, everything magical. Let’s keep the conversation kind this summer.”

Prime Video listed community guidelines along with the public service announcement, saying it has a zero tolerance policy for hate speech or bullying, targeting cast or crew and harassing or doxxing members of the community.

New episodes of The Summer I Turned Pretty debut each Wednesday through Sept. 17.

Don’t go looking for Denzel Washington at the cinema.

The actor opened up about his moviegoing habits — or lack thereof — in a recent video interview with director Spike Lee and A$AP Rocky for GQ.

During the interview, Rocky asked Washington about his favorite cinematic moments from Lee’s filmography. “Do you have any dolly shots of this guy that you admire?” Rocky said.

“I don’t watch movies, man. I really don’t,” Washington responded. “I’m just being honest with you. I don’t watch movies, man. I don’t go to the movies, I don’t watch movies.”

The rapper asked if Washington’s disinterest is due to the fact that he is a movie star himself.

“Probably,” Washington said. “I’m tired of movies.”

Lee then asked how many films Washington has acted in.

“Too many,” Washington said, before saying he believes he’s made around 50 movies during the span of his career.

One of those films is Lee’s most recent feature, Highest 2 Lowest, which marks his fifth collaboration with Washington. Rocky co-stars in the film, which released in theaters on Aug. 15 and will arrive on Apple TV+ on Sept. 5.

The Bruce Springsteen biopic Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere opens in October with The Bear’Jeremy Allen White playing The Boss, and it sounds like it took a lot to get him ready for the role.

“I had never really sang anything, never mind Bruce,” White tells The Associated Press. “There was a leap of faith that we were all taking.”

White says that after speaking to director Scott Cooper about the film he felt “really excited” about it, but expressed his concerns about not being able to sing or play guitar.

“Scott had faith. And Bruce had faith,” White said. “And we trusted each other.”

As for whether he had any worries about White playing Springsteen, Cooper notes, “I knew that he had the two qualities that really embody Bruce: humility and swagger. And they don’t teach swagger at [Juilliard]. You either have it or you don’t. I was never concerned. He’s sensational.”

Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere follows The Boss’ efforts to make his 1982 solo album Nebraska. It also stars Jeremy StrongStephen GrahamPaul Walter Hauser and Gaby Hoffmann. It opens in theaters Oct. 24.
