Walker Hayes is launching his Glad You’re Here Tour on Thursday, and as fans might expect, his show will feature some choreographed dancing. After all, he got his big break on TikTok, dancing along to his song “Fancy Like,” using moves he dreamed up with his teenage daughter Lela.

One thing fans might not expect is that it’ll be them doing the dancing. Ahead of opening night of the tour, Walker shared a video of the dance moves to an unreleased song called “Show Me the Country.” He said he expects fans to have the dance down by the time they see him on the road.

“Learn it,” Walker wrote on Twitter. “Tour kicks off tmw & this is the first song of [the] set right here.”

Walker’s Glad You’re Here Tour lasts through mid-November, wrapping with a show in Everett, Washington. Parmalee will be the opening act.

Jimmy Buffett is shelving the remaining five dates on his 2022 Life on the Flip Side – Redux tour after being briefly hospitalized and experiencing unspecified health issues.

A message on the 75-year-old singer/songwriter’s official website reports, “On doctor’s orders, he must take this time to recuperate and heal. Jimmy looks forward to getting back on stage next year.”

Buffett and his Coral Reefer Band‘s concerts scheduled for October 8 and October 15 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas have been pushed back to March 4 and March 11, respectively, while a new date for his October 22 show at San Diego’s Snapdragon Stadium hasn’t been announced yet.

Jimmy’s two other 2022 shows, which had been scheduled for October in Salt Lake City and Nampa, Idaho, have been canceled.

Those who purchased tickets for the rescheduled concerts are encouraged to hold onto them, as they will be accepted at the rescheduled events. Tickets for the canceled shows will be refunded.

In other Buffett news, Jimmy has been announced as the final collaborator on Grammy-winning country group Zac Brown Band‘s upcoming deluxe edition of its 2021 album The Comeback, which is due out October 15.

Buffett will join Brown and company on a new rendition of the band’s country hit “Same Boat.” Zac Brown Band and Buffett famously collaborated on the 2011 single “Knee Deep,” which hit #1 on country radio and reached the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100.

Paramore is officially back.

Hayley Williams and company have dropped a new song called “This Is Why,” which they previously teased earlier this month. What they didn’t tease is that “This Is Why” is also the title track to Paramore’s next album, due out February 10, 2023.

“‘This Is Why’ was the very last song we wrote for the album,” Williams says. “To be honest, I was so tired of writing lyrics but [guitarist] Taylor [York] convinced [drummer] Zac [Farro] and I both that we should work on this last idea. What came out of it was the title track for the whole album.”

“It summarizes the plethora of ridiculous emotions, the rollercoaster of being alive in 2022, having survived even just the last 3 or 4 years,” Williams adds. “You’d think after a global pandemic of f***ing biblical proportions and the impending doom of a dying planet, that humans would have found it deep within themselves to be kinder or more empathetic or something.”

You can listen to “This Is Why” now via digital outlets and watch its accompanying video, directed by Turnstile vocalist Brendan Yates, streaming now on YouTube.

This Is Why is the long-awaited follow-up to Paramore’s last album, 2017’s After Laughter, which spawned the singles “Hard Times” and “Fake Happy.”

Paramore will launch their first tour in four years October 2 in Bakersfield, California.

Time says we need to watch out for “First Class” rapper Jack Harlow because he’s among their 2022 TIME100 Next list of the world’s rising stars.

Late night host Jimmy Fallon praised the rapper in the publication. “‘What’s poppin?’ That was the first time I heard Jack Harlow, and I couldn’t have pulled my phone out any faster to Shazam the song,” Fallon’s tribute began. “That usually leads to a string of phone calls and emails to see if an artist is ready to perform or debut on The Tonight Show.”

He continued, “It’s been fun to ride with him—from that race against time on Shazam, to his debut TV performance, to being part of his viral VMA opening, to his actually co-hosting The Tonight Show with me.”

Others earning nods in this year’s roundup is “Kiss Me More” singer SZA, who earned some serious kudos from Lizzo. The Grammy winner raved, “The authenticity in her craft—the way she’s able to tell her story and the way she uses melody—is extraordinary. No one can replicate that. When she’s onstage, she’s timeless.”

Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, made the cut, and his forward was written by pal Ryan Reynolds. The Deadpool star lauded, “Joe will launch the charm attack of the hero. He’ll do the dirty work of the villain. He’ll hoist up the complicated and often murky portrait of a historical figure. Joe Alwyn will surprise you. He’s managed to do all this while evading the industry’s tried-and-true ability to label and pigeonhole a performer.”

Machine Gun Kelly was also saluted by TIME; Avril Lavigne praised him saying, “He’s grown in the most authentic way, starting as a rapper and evolving into one of the biggest rock stars in the world. I have a lot of respect for him and how thoughtful he is with his craft.”

The Los Angeles Police Department has identified a suspect in the murder of rapper PNB Rock, who was shot to death on September 12 at a Los Angeles Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles.

Police on Wednesday named Freddie Lee Trone as a suspect and are seeking the public’s help in locating him. Authorities say Trone should be considered “armed and dangerous.”

PNB Rock, born Rakim Allen, was fatally shot during a robbery attempt while dining with his girlfriend at the South LA eatery. According to police, a suspect demanded jewelry and other valuables before getting into a struggle with Allen and opening fire.

Police said they received a call about a shooting at 1:23 p.m. ET and found a male victim with gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital.

Tributes from fellow artists poured in for the Philadelphia native, including one from fellow Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill

“Rip dawg you didn’t deserve that…. Every time I see one of my friends bleed out on camera or killed on camera, I feel a sick feeling I can’t even really explain…,” Meek Mill tweeted. “it puts me more and more back in survival mentality!”

Luke Bryan is ending his 2022 Farm Tour on a high note. Not only did the six shows bring Luke to small farming towns throughout the month of September, but the trek was a way for the singer to give back to farming communities.

As of 2022, Luke’s Farm Tour — now in its 13th year — has awarded 78 college scholarships to students from farming families who are attending the college or university local to his tour stops.

But that’s not all: During his Farm Tours, Luke partners with Bayer and asks fans to tweet out the hashtag #HeresToTheFarmer; for every share, Bayer will donate a meal to a person in need through Feeding America.

Since the beginning of the partnership in 2015, Luke and Bayer have donated six million meals to date, and over $180,000 has gone to Feeding America member food banks and local farmers at each tour stop city.

In other news, Luke recently added another leg onto his Las Vegas residency for early 2023. He’s also scheduled to host the CMA Awards this year, a gig he’ll share with Peyton Manning.

The CMA Awards will air live November 9 on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. ET.

Camila Cabello praises Shawn Mendes after ‘Voice’ contestant auditions with his song

Camila Cabello was the only coach to not turn her chair around for aspiring singer Tanner Howe, who auditioned for The Voice on Tuesday night by performing Shawn Mendes‘ “Mercy.”

Camila and Shawn famously dated for two years before calling it in quits in November. Apparently, Howe sounded so much like Shawn, Camila even asked coach Blake Shelton during the audition if her ex was on the stage.

“I thought that was Shawn,” Camila then admitted.

Blake and fellow judges Gwen Stefani and John Legend all turned their chairs for Howe, which led to a slightly awkward moment for the “Havana” singer.

When she pointed out Howe sounds like her ex, he joked that she “does know him best.” Camila agreed, “I know him better than everybody in this room.”

She then revealed why she didn’t turn her chair for him. “I felt like you sounded a little bit too much like him,” she explained. “Obviously, he has an amazing voice [and] I love this song.”

Camila told him she hopes one of her fellow coaches helps him “kind of distinguish yourself.”

Howe was receptive to the Grammy nominee’s advice and promised he will “try and be more unique” going ahead in the future. He chose to join Gwen’s team.

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC at 8 p.m. ET.
